Oh no, not the oil rigs!
Just when we all thought that damage to this nation’s offshore oil drilling platforms ended with the petering-out of hurricane Katrina, here comes hurricane Rita (very cool map of storm path and oil rigs) to finish off the rest. That link shows an interactive map of Rita’s path and all the mobile rig locations in the area.
Maybe gas will eventually get up to $6 a gallon. That could really drive up the amount I pay to lubricate my bike’s chain! And this had to happen just when I was thinking of buying an H2!
